Day 1: Arrival at Somnath – Darshan and Aarti at Somnath Temple
Upon arrival at Ahmedabad/Rajkot, proceed by private/shared vehicle to Somnath, one of India’s holiest pilgrimage destinations and home to the first among the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. After check-in and freshening up, visit the legendary Somnath Temple, located by the sea and known for its spiritual aura and historic significance. Attend the evening aarti and optionally enjoy the Sound and Light Show, which tells the story of Somnath’s rich past. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Somnath to Dwarka – Enroute Porbandar Visit
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Dwarka, the sacred city of Lord Krishna. En route, stop at Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Visit Kirti Mandir and Sudama Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna’s childhood friend. Continue to Dwarka and check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the revered Dwarkadhish Temple, one of the Char Dham sites. Witness the evening aarti and feel the divine energy of this holy town. Dinner and overnight stay in Dwarka.
Day 3: Dwarka Sightseeing – Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, Bet Dwarka & Rukmini Temple
Begin the day with breakfast and head out for local sightseeing in and around Dwarka. Visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Then proceed to Bet Dwarka, believed to be the original residence of Lord Krishna – reached via a short boat ride. On your return, stop at Rukmini Devi Temple and Gopi Talav, each carrying spiritual legends. After a full day of exploration, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Dwarka to Diu – Beach Leisure & Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards the serene coastal town of Diu, known for its beaches, Portuguese heritage, and fort. On arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up. Later, explore Diu Fort, St. Paul’s Church, and Naida Caves. In the evening, relax at Nagoa Beach, where you can enjoy water activities (optional) or simply take in the sunset. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay in Diu.
Day 5: Departure – Return to Delhi (Via Connecting City)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed back to Ahmedabad or Rajkot. From there, board your AC bus back to Delhi, carrying with you the spiritual peace of Somnath and Dwarka, and the relaxed coastal vibes of Diu.
