Day 1: Arrival in Somnath – Evening Aarti at Somnath Temple
Upon reaching the connecting city (Ahmedabad/Rajkot), you will be transferred to Somnath, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and a major pilgrimage destination. The scenic drive through Gujarat countryside takes about 5–6 hours. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the magnificent Somnath Temple, located on the shore of the Arabian Sea. Attend the spiritually uplifting Evening Aarti and enjoy the Sound and Light Show (optional). Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Somnath to Dwarka – Enroute Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Dwarka, one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites and the sacred city of Lord Krishna. En route, visit Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Explore Kirti Mandir and Sudama Temple. On arrival in Dwarka, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the holy Dwarkadhish Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna. Attend the evening aarti and explore the local spiritual ambiance. Dinner and overnight stay in Dwarka.
Day 3: Dwarka Sightseeing – Nageshwar Jyotirlinga & Bet Dwarka
After breakfast, set out for a full-day spiritual exploration of Dwarka. Visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 revered Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva. Then proceed to Bet Dwarka, believed to be the original residence of Lord Krishna. Enjoy a short boat ride to reach the island. On your way back, stop at Rukmini Devi Temple and Gopi Talav, both connected to Krishna’s legend. Return to the hotel by evening. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Departure – Return to Delhi (Via Connecting City)
After an early breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Ahmedabad or Rajkot. From there, board your AC bus back to Delhi, marking the end of a spiritually enriching journey through two of India’s most sacred and historical temple towns – Somnath and Dwarka.
