Located in the heart of the Kashmir Valley, which is called ‘Paradise on Earth’, Srinagar’s landscape is interspersed with greenery, lakes and hillocks. The city is spread out along the banks of the Jhelum River and is famous for its surrounding natural beauty and postcard tourist spots. The two parts of the city are connected by nine bridges. The Hari Parbat and the Shankar Acharya hills lie on either side of the city.
On arrival at Srinagar, you will meet our representative and a proceed for Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. All the gardens are situated on the bank of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 12 and 15 kms respectively. Enroute visit carpet-weaving factory and old Srinagar city. Overnight stay at hotel/ houseboat.
After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg. Full day excursion to Sonmarg. Sonmarg is known as "Gateway of Ladakh".in Sonamarg you can visit Thajwas Glacier which is around 4Kms from Sonamarg a Local Taxi Or Pony Ride has to be hired (on your own Expenses) In the evening return to Srinagar for overnight stay at hotel/ Houseboat.
After Breakfast , trip to Gulmarg or the "Meadow of Flowers" which is located at an altitude of 8700-ft. The place is known for its Ski Resort and the world's highest 18-hole Golf Course. You can also enjoy a Cable Car Ride or a Gondola ride. Return to Srinagar for dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
After Breakfast,Srinagar to Pahalgam “Valley of Shepherds” via en route sightseeing visit Awantipura Ruins, Saffron Fields and Cricket Bat Factories, continue drive towards Pahalgam, Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. in Pahalgam you can also visit Betaab valley and Aru Valley or you can visit Chandanwari A local Taxi has to be hired for these beautiful places (own your own expenses) return back to srinagar . Dinner & overnight stay in Hotel at Srinagar.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with memories of A Life time Trip.
